Trader Joe's Issues 'Immediate' Recall Affecting Products Across 18 States ...Saudi Arabia

According to the beloved grocer and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, 500 containers of Trader Joe’s Sesame Miso Salad with Salmon may contain undeclared milk products after they were accidentally shipped out with the wrong topping sealed inside.

The salads in question were shipped to retailers in 18 states: AL, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, WI and had suggested use-by dates of April 28 and 29. Consumers in possession of the impacted salads, purchased in one of the above states with matching use-by dates are "urged to discard the product if they or the person eating the product may have milk allergies."

Consumers may also contact customer service at (855) 455-0098 Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm PST if they have any questions about the recall.
