THE Dallas Cowboys have made a decision on the team’s top selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Jerry Jones and company shelled out money to the rookie player on Friday.

The franchise and offensive lineman Tyler Booker agreed on a contract, per ESPN’s Todd Archer.
The Cowboys insider revealed that Booker signed a four-year, $22.52 million contract.
The report added that the 21-year-old will receive $13 million of that as a signing bonus.
The Cowboys can also pick up his fifth-year option for the 2029 season.
The 6-foot-5, 321-pound Booker has plenty of collegiate accolades under his belt.
The Alabama Crimson Tide product was a first-team All-American last season.
Booker was also a two-time first-team All-SEC selection.
Cowboys fans shared their approval of the Cowboys’ latest signing on social media.
“Boom!” one wrote.
“Nice deal,” another commented.
“Let’s go!!!!” a third added.
Booker was one of nine Cowboys’ draft picks in last week’s 2025 NFL Draft.
Only second-rounder edge rusher Donovan Ezeiruaku and fifth-round running back Jaydon Blue remain unsigned.

Cowboys icon Tony Romo spoke to The U.S. Sun this week and shared that he “loved” the pick of Booker.
“I’ll say this… [By drafting] Booker, this offensive line has a chance to be on top in the NFL,” the CBS commentator added.
Rookie camp began on Friday for the Cowboys.
The franchise was led by new head coach Brian Schottenheimer, as they looked to rebound from a disappointing 2024 season in which they went 7-10.
