The Multan-based outfit will have to play one fewer game at home this season after the PCB announced that its PSL match against Karachi Kings on May 1 will be played in Lahore and not Multan. Additionally, Multan Sultans' home game against Quetta Gladiators has been pushed back by a day and will now take place on May 11.

PCB didn't take teams into consideration?
"This also means Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will now host a double header on 1 May, which is also a public holiday (Labour Day). In the evening, Gaddafi Stadium will host the Lahore Qalandars v Quetta Gladiators match as per the original schedule, which will begin at 8 pm.
Multan Sultans miffed with PCB:
According to reports, Multan Sultans are not at all impressed with the recent decisions by the PCB. ESPNcricinfo has reported that the franchise is feeling extremely frustrated. The PSL franchise proposed moving the game against the Kings to May 6 in order to maintain the home advantage.
The report further stated that the Sultans are upset with the entire episode. The franchise is disappointed that the decision was communicated to it as a fait accompli, leaving no room for further discussion or negotiation.
