Ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? I Love A Clean San Diego, in partnership with Think Blue San Diego, is calling on locals to be part of its 23rd Annual Creek to Bay Cleanup on Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The cleanup is San Diego County’s largest single-day Earth Week event, drawing more than 5,000 volunteers across nearly 100 sites stretching from the mountains to the coast.

If you’re looking to get involved, a special kickoff site will take place at Montgomery-Waller Community Park in San Ysidro. Expect live music, interactive booths, family-friendly fun, and a chance to help mulch the park’s green spaces.

Did You?

Stormwater carries litter and pollution straight into San Diego’s waterways—creeks, bays, rivers, and the ocean. That trash doesn’t just hurt marine life; it affects all of us, causing flooding and harming water quality in neighborhoods. This cleanup is a way for San Diegans to step up and make a difference before that happens.
