Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who stole a cross from a chapel in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles.
Around 3 p.m. Thursday, April 17, the suspect was seen entering the St. Camillus Center for Spiritual Care, 1911 Zonal Ave., near USC’s Health Sciences Campus, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
He was caught on video grabbing the metal cross off the pulpit and casually walking away from the empty chapel.
