Jude Bellingham continues to be plagued by a shoulder knock having so far resisted surgery to fix his issue.
The Real Madrid midfielder was troubled by shoulder problems during his three-year spell at Borussia Dortmund between 2020-2023.
Bellingham’s shoulder was heavily strapped during Real’s win over GetafeRexIt wasn’t an uncommon sight for fans to seen him wearing shoulder support when playing for the German giants.
And in November 2023, the 21-year-old dislocated his shoulder in a 0-0 draw against Rayo Vallecano.
Despite completing the match, he missed Los Blancos’ next two matches, while also being absent for England’s final two Euro 2024 qualifiers.
It was said how Bellingham may need to undergo surgery to fix his injury during the off-season, but an operation was ultimately decided against.
It clearly remains a problem for the ex-Birmingham starlet – as shown during his side’s 1-0 win away at city rivals Getafe on Wednesday night.
As Bellingham prepared to come on in the second half, his left shoulder was seen getting heavily strapped up by a Real medic.
It took the staff member over a minute to get the youngster fully ready in order to come off the bench.
As Real approach the end of the season, a decision could be made as to whether Bellingham finally goes under the knife.
But with the club to compete in the FIFA Club World Cup in June, it remains to be seen whether surgery will be required.
Bellingham himself spoke of his issue in December, where he looked to play down the severity of the injury.

He said: “It’s OK. I’m still in the sling, which is a little uncomfortable, but the overall feeling is pretty good.”
But following unseen footage from Real’s latest win, fans have taken to social media to urge Bellingham to fix his problem.
One X user posted: “He needs to get that surgery done ASAP.”
Another commented: “How long will this continue??? This club needs to tell him to get surgery.”
A third added: “Bro should just gave the surgery already and forget about this season.”
Meanwhile this fan simply stated: “Please get that surgery now.”
