MAN FOUND IN RUSSIAN RIVER IDENTIFIED: A man whose body was found in the Russian River after he was reportedly seen tying a rope onto the Perkins Street Bridge April 14 was identified by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office as Roger Z. Schoenahl, 53, of Ukiah.
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Bryan Arellano, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 13 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Francisco A. Navarro Sandoval, 35, of Hopland, was booked at county jail April 13 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, elder or dependent adult abuse and failure to appear. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Anthony R. Nevarez, 41, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail April 13 on suspicion of domestic violence and false imprisonment. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Mark R. Winkle, 55, of Simi Valley, was booked at county jail April 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
ARSON: Guillermo Carrillo, 63, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 14 on suspicion of arson, resisting/threatening an officer and disorderly conduct. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
DUI: Vicente F. Israel, 32, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
VEHICLE THEFT: Keegan S. Knight, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 14 on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, possessing a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance with priors. He was arrested by the CHP.
TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Jesse E. McGary, 47, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 14 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance. He was arrested by the CHP.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION: Kayden H. Costa, 19, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of illegally possessing ammunition. He was arrested by the FBPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Sara K. Godfrey, 38, of Leggett, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF FIREARM: Andivere V. Hill, 33, of American Canyon, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of illegally possessing a firearm, possessing a controlled substance while armed with a firearm, reckless possession of an explosive device and driving on a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION OF A DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE: Andizere V. Hill, 33, of American Canyon, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of possessing a destructive device, possessing a controlled substance while armed with a firearm, and reckless possession of an explosive device. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Brian E. Kane, 59, of Point Arena, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle. He was arrested by the CHP.
ROBBERY: Monica D. McDonald, 57, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of robbery and petty theft with priors. She was arrested by the UPD.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Brandon E. Stone, 45, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors and violating his parole. He was arrested by the CHP.
