A 17-year-old Westminster boy is missing and may be in danger, police said in a missing-person alert Monday.

Carter Casias, 17, was last seen on foot early Monday in the 7200 block of Ingalls Court, Westminster police said in an Endangered Missing Person Alert. 

Police are concerned for his safety, according to the agency.

Carter is described as Hispanic; 5 feet, 11 inches tall; and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and a white T-shirt.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911 or the Westminster Police Department at 303-658-4360.
