One person has been detained for questioning in the attack on OPCC Chief Niranjan Patnaik last night. The identity of the person has been revealed as Sanjay Mohanty. OPCC Chief Niranjan Patnaik was in Keonjhar district when his vehicle was intercepted near Kashipur. The miscreants allegedly were in inebriated state and assaulted his driver and security personnel.
