DENVER (KDVR) — The Colorado Rockies game against the Washington Nationals has been postponed due to wintry weather conditions in Denver on Friday.
The game was originally scheduled for 6:40 p.m. and has been rescheduled to 6:10 p.m. on Sunday. Another game on Sunday will be played as scheduled at 1:10 p.m.
New Rockies uniforms honor colorful ColoradoAdditionally, a game originally scheduled for 1:10 p.m. on Saturday has been pushed back an hour to 2:10 p.m.
The Rockies were set to debut a new City Connect uniform design on Friday, and the team said in a press release that the uniforms will be worn during the 6:10 p.m. game on Sunday.
Tickets for Friday's rescheduled game will be valid for the Sunday evening game only. Ticket holders who purchased from the Rockies will receive an email with more information. Those who cannot make it to the rescheduled game will be given options based on their purchase method.
