The 49-year-old golfer appeared in a video shared to X on Monday, April 7, to announce that he'll be designing a golf course in Augusta, Georgia.
"What an honor to be here and to have this moment, to be able to be part of Augusta National but just in a different way," he said in the clip, adding, "To have the ability to be able to design something that's going to impact the community, something that I truly believe in, and be able to do this with Augusta National, what an honor."

"He is not looking well," someone else declared, as yet another commenter echoed the same sentiment, writing, "That is not a healthy looking individual."
It's been a tumultuous year for Woods so far. In addition to undergoing surgery for an Achilles tendon rupture in March, the athlete's mother, Kultida Woods, died on Feb. 4. Woods subsequently pulled out of the Genesis Invitation at Torrey Pines near San Diego, explaining in a statement that he was “still processing her loss.”
