Tickets are on sale for the Big Sky Conference Softball Tournament next month at the University of Northern Colorado’s Gloria Rodriguez Field in Greeley.
The tournament is scheduled for Tuesday-Friday, May 6-9. Rodriguez Field is located on 17th Avenue. All-session passes and single-day tickets are available through the UNC Ticket Office, 1051 22nd St. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. The ticket office website is tickets.unco.edu.
The cost of general admission tickets is $18 with fees. Student and youth tickets are $8 per day. Fans may also purchase an all-tournament pass for $63 general admission and $28 for students and youths.
The six-team double-elimination tournament begins at 11 a.m. May 6. Four opening-round games are scheduled for the first day. Three games are scheduled for May 7. The semifinals are scheduled for noon and 2:30 p.m. May 8. The championship round begins at noon May 9 with a second game scheduled for 2:30 p.m., if necessary.
The tournament champion will earn the Big Sky’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
UNC is hosting the tournament as the defending Big Sky regular-season champion. The Bears won the program’s first regular-season title in 2024. UNC is the two-time defending conference tournament champion.
All games will be streamed on ESPN+.
The tournament schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, May 6: First-round games are scheduled for 11 a.m., 1:30, 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 7: 11 a.m., 1:30 and 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 8: Semifinals, noon and 2:30 p.m.
Friday, May 9: Championship, noon and 2:30 p.m. (if necessary).
