She will be a senior next year and was eligible to enter the WNBA Draft this summer.
According to ESPN, she has decided to skip the draft and will stay in college for her senior year.
Johnson could return to LSU to try and add to the national title the team won in 2023 with Angel Reese.
Or she could enter the transfer portal before it closes on April 23.
The 21-year-old also has a music career and is one of the biggest stars in all of college sports.
She featured in Netflix’s documentary called “The Money Game” about LSU’s most lucrative stars.
According to On3, her NIL deals are worth $1.5 million.
That would be a major increase on the expected WNBA 2025 rookie salary of $78,831.
The WNBA Draft this year is expected to see Paige Bueckers go No. 1 overall.
Bueckers, 23, has guided UConn to the Final Four in Tampa, Florida.
She could follow in Caitlin Clark’s footsteps as the No. 1 overall pick on Monday 14 April.
The Dallas Wings have the top selection in the draft.
Speaking before the NCAA Tournament, Bueckers admitted she’s been preparing her whole life for this two-month period.
“Obviously, very excited,” Bueckers said.
“This is what you prepare for your whole entire life, whole entire season.
“I don’t know. I’m just excited. March is great. Playing during this time is great.
“We just want to continue to keep getting better and keep looking forward to the future.”

The women’s basketball star helped the No. 1-ranked Huskies destroy the Creighton Bluejays in the Big East tournament championship game.

Her performance led to her becoming the first player to win Big East Tournament MVP three times.
UConn has won 11 national championships but the last came in 2016.
They were runners-up in 2022 and also made it to the Final Four in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2024.
