The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) will be constructing the Pipers Ford Kayak Ramp starting around April 10th, with construction expected to continue through approximately April 16th or longer. During this period, the south end of the Walking Track at Crump Paris Park will be temporarily closed. Visitors and Walking Track users are urged to avoid the lower parking lot and walking area between the Caney Fork River and the Carthage Junction Depot. Apologizes are extended in advance for any inconvenience this may cause as TWRA works with the County to improve recreational access to the area.
