The risk aversion is translating to bids in the Japanese yen and Swiss franc mostly in FX. USD/JPY is down 1.4% to 147.10 while USD/CHF is down 1.1% to 0.8715 currently. The dollar itself is not proving to be much of a shelter amid the potential backlash towards the US economy.
