SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
DUI: Jessica A. Bauer, 37, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence of “any drug,” possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to appear. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Amanda S. Ekstrand, 45, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Michael D. Kubas, 45, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 23 on suspicion of domestic violence and violating his probation. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
DUI: Andres V. Fuentes Lucero, 30, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 24 on suspicion of driving under the influence with priors, driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI and violating his probation. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
THEFT: Jorge J. Martinez Garcia, 29, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 24 on suspicion of petty theft with priors and violating his county parole. He was arrested by the UPD.
ALTERING VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Jose de Jesus Gonzalez Gonzalez, 28, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 25 on suspicion of altering/forging a vehicle registration and attempting to possess stolen property. He was arrested by the CHP.
ALTERING VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Miguel A. Gonzalez Gonzalez, 25, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 25 on suspicion of altering/forging a vehicle registration and attempting to possess stolen property. He was arrested by the CHP.
DRUG SALES: Crystal S. Odell, 43, of Covelo, was booked at county jail March 25 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale. She was arrested by the MCSO.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION: Randy W. Pike Jr., 33, of Point Arena, was booked at county jail March 25 on suspicion of illegally possessing ammunition and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION OF AN ASSAULT WEAPON: Patrick W. Ridley, 24, of Covelo, was booked at county jail March 25 on suspicion of possessing an assault weapon and a machine gun, carrying a loaded firearm in public and of discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Lional E. Robitaille, 63, of Hoopa, was booked at county jail March 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence with priors, driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI and violating his probation. He was arrested by the CHP.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Derek B. Barkley, 35, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 26 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
BURGLARY: Ricardo Garcia Garcia, 30, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 26 on suspicion of burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a court DV order. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION: Mandy E. Grinsell, 49, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 26 on suspicion of illegally possessing ammunition and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested by the UPD.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION AND FIREARM: Sergio Lopez, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 26 on suspicion of illegally possessing ammunition and a firearm, giving a false ID to an officer and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the UPD.
TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Kathleen J. Nelson, 64, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 26 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and violating her probation. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Daniel R. VanHorn, 25, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail March 26 on suspicion of domestic violence, stalking, robbery and assault on a person with a firearm. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DRUG SALES: John S. Alvarez Jr., 39, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 27 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, vandalism, contempt of court and violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Jeremy D. Eubanks, 52, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 29 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the MCSO.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
