On Tuesday, March 25, the Country Music Hall of Fame announced three new inductees for 2025, and among them is none other than the "When the Sun Goes Down" crooner.
Chesney, 56, was announced as part of this year's Country Music Hall of Fame class, alongside Tony Brown and June Carter Cash.
He also made a point to highlight some of Chesney's most impressive achievements, crediting him with "one of the biggest hitmaking careers in Country Music since 2000" with over 50 Top 10 hits and 16 Platinum albums. Chesney was also described as a "regular top touring act who continues to delight audiences."

"So deserved," someone else wrote.
He continued, "I am humbled, grateful, honored…as much for all the songwriters, musicians, artists and people who’ve helped me build my career; they have truly inspired me every single day."
