The show premieres on Lifetime on Monday, April 21 at 10p/9c following new episodes of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up. It will then continue on Monday nights.

On September 18, 2024, Dr. Lee posted a playful video on TikTok saying the new Lifetime series was coming in 2025. The clip substituted a Dolly Parton voice for her own as Dr. Lee showed herself getting into hair and makeup.

According to the Lifetime announcement on Monday, March 10, “for the first time, Dr. Lee will be inviting several proteges, the next generation of dermatologists, into the operating room with her to pass on her unique knowledge and skill set." She noted, “I cannot wait to share with the Lifetime audience the transformations of some of my patients and their journey before, during and after their procedures. Additionally, I can’t wait for people to meet some of the new doctors who will be joining me as we help people throughout this season.”

Who is Dr. Sandra Lee?
Dr. Sandra Lee, now 54, was born in Queens, New York to a Singaporean father and Malaysian mother. Her family moved to California when Lee was five and she followed in her dermatologist dad’s footsteps. She works at Skin Physicians & Surgeons in Upland, California. Dr. Lee first became a star on social media, as she posted videos of her “pops” on YouTube beginning in 2020. Her Instagram videos also were a big hit and led to the skin doctor landing her original TLC show.
