Princeton University – 847.5 Harvard University – 846.5 Yale University – 836.5 Brown University – 643 Cornell University – 616.5 Columbia University – 544.5 University of Pennsylvania – 463.5 Dartmouth College – 389With the top three teams separated by only 11 points, the final day of competition will be intense. Yale is expected to score big in the mile with the #1 and #3 seeds, Noah Millard and Arshak Hambardzumyan. The Bulldogs also lead in the 100 free with Nicholas Finch. Cornell’s Pietro Ubertalli is top seed in the 200 back, and the Big Red have #2 seed Joseph Gurski in the 200 fly. Matt Fallon of Penn, the American record holder in the LCM version, is top seed by 2 seconds in the 200 breast, but Ivy League record holder in the 100 breast, Jack Kelly of Brown, will provide a strong challenge. Harvard comes in with the top seed in 3-meter diving, Adam Wesson, and the 200 fly, David Schmitt.
But spikes at the top don’t guarantee championships, and whoever can squeeze one more swimmer into an “A” final tonight will be the one to take home all the marbles.
