Making these treats is surprisingly easy, and the result is both stunning and delicious. You can get the full recipe over at Babs' TikTok page.
Next, prepare the gelatin. Babs used plain gelatin, hot water and vanilla vodka, but you can use your favorite flavored Jell-O, replacing half of the cold water in the recipe with vodka (or your preferred spirit) for that boozy kick. Just be sure to use the recipe for Jell-O Jigglers to make sure the shots set up firmly inside the berry.
Once the gelatin is firm, melt dark or milk chocolate with a bit of coconut oil and dip each strawberry, covering the bottom and partially up the sides. Transfer the dipped berries to a sheet of parchment paper and let rest until the chocolate hardens. You can also dip them in one color and drizzle the opposite color on top to create a fun contrast.

They're also easy to customize. You can mix and match different Jell-O flavors with various types of chocolate to create unique combinations. Try strawberry Jell-O with dark chocolate for a classic taste or raspberry Jell-O with white chocolate for something extra sweet.
