He balanced that by saying " GREAT TALKS WITH RUSSIA AND UKRAINE YESTERDAY. GOOD POSSIBILITY OF ENDING THAT HORRIBLE. VERY BLOODY WAR!!!!". Yesterday, that news helped push the US stocks higher.
