Sairaj Bahutule has stepped down from the role of the bowling coach at BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru due to "personal reasons." This comes in the middle of the ongoing five-match T20I series between the India National Cricket Team and the England National Cricket Team.

#breaking Former India and Mumbai leg-spinner Sairaj Bahutule has quit the BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru due to "personal reasons." Bahutule was the National Cricket Academy bowling coach since Nov 2021.

Sairaj Bahutule also served as the bowling coach of the India National Cricket Team for a short span of time after the T20 World Cup 2024. This was because Morne Morkel's appointment as a bowling coach was delayed, and he filled in the role during the white-ball series against Sri Lanka National Cricket.
