India squandered the opportunity to win the series as they suffered a 26-run loss in the third T20I in Rajkot. Batting first, England recovered from 127/8 to post 171/9 runs in the allotted 20 overs. India could also make one change to their bowling lineup for the fourth T20I. Arshdeep Singh, who was rested for the third T20I, could replace Mohammed Shami in the India Playing 11 for the fourth game. Shami went wicketless for 25 runs in the third T20I and would be hoping that he retains his spot in the team.
On the other hand, Varun Chakravarthy and Ravi Bishnoi are set to be the lead spinners of the team.
