Emphasizing Jordan's readiness to collaborate with the new USadministration, he noted that while Trump expressed a desire for regionalpeace, true stability requires a peace that is embraced by the people andupholds the Palestinian right to freedom, dignity, and sovereignty on their land.
Trump also suggested, “I’d rather get involved with some ofthe Arab nations, and build housing in a different location, where they canmaybe live in peace for a change,” noting that the relocation of Gaza residentscould be “temporary or long-term.”
Earlier, Human rights organizations have raised alarms overa deepening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where nearly all of the 2.3 millionresidents have been displaced.
