In an official media release, the PCB has announced that the four-match Tri-Nation ODI series will run from February 8 to February 14 in a single-league format, with matches being held in Lahore and Karachi. The Tri-Nation ODI series will kick off with a clash between the hosts, Pakistan, and New Zealand on February 8 at Lahore’s iconic Gaddafi Stadium.

Speaking about the preparations for the Tri-Nation ODI series, Pakistan and New Zealand are all set to train under lights at Gaddafi Stadium on February 6, while South Africa will have its first practice session on February 9 as announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Pakistan Cricket Board opens up about PCB exciting upgrades at Gaddafi and National stadiums
Meanwhile, the PCB revealed that some exciting upgrades have been made to the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and the National Stadium in Karachi to elevate the experience for fans and ensure world-class facilities for players and officials.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, spectator capacity has been increased at the Gaddafi Stadium with brand-new chairs installed throughout the venue. Additionally, 480 advanced LED lights have been installed to enhance broadcast LUX levels during matches for the fans.
On the other hand, several significant upgrades have also been made at the National Stadium in Karachi. A new hospitality enclosure at the University End is now in place to help players and officials. A total of 350 LED lights have been installed to improve broadcast visibility, alongside two advanced digital replay screens. Additionally, 5,000 brand-new chairs have been also installed in the stands at the National Stadium in Karachi.
