Northbound Highway 99 traffic slow in Elk Grove after crash involving work truck ...Middle East

The crash happened a little after 6 a.m. near the Calvine Road offramp.

Exactly what led up to the crash is unclear, but a work truck was involved.

Due to the crash, northbound Highway 99 was backing up to Elk Grove Boulevard.
