“It was my first TV show and he was a producer on the show and he was from St. Louis, where I was from,” Glaser said in a 2022 interview on In Depth With Graham Bensinger. “I just quit drinking, like, a year before that and I didn’t want to have any relationships with people who were heavy drinkers.”

They've been together on-and-off for more than 10 years, with breakups lasting from a couple of days to around three years.
"[We] now go every week with the same therapist," Glaser told Maher. "...I recommend it so much," she added. "...No matter what, we always leave so in love with each other, even if [our problems are] not resolved. Because we just said the truth and we both somehow are able to see each other's sides of things."

They do. Speaking with Bill Maher, Glaser said that Convy has become her "creative partner."
In a New York Times feature that ran ahead of her 2025 Golden Globes hosting gig, Convy appeared in the story as her trusted adviser. (At one point, the couple fought over whether more people would get a reference to “Call Her Daddy” or Jesse Eisenberg.)
Although she's in a longterm relationship, Glaser is not married, and she seems skeptical of the institution.
She echoed that sentiment in her September 2024 interview with Bill Maher.
Still, when Maher said that he could tell that Glaser and Convy would be together "forever," she seemed to agree.
