(KRON) -- A Seattle-bound Alaska Airlines flight that took off from San Jose Mineta International Airport Wednesday morning was forced to turn back to San Jose. According to flight tracking website FlightAware, the flight took off around 10:13 a.m. and landed back at SJC about 40 minutes later.

According to the Alaska Airlines website, the flight, which was originally scheduled to take off at 10:01 a.m. and land at 12:30 p.m., has been rescheduled to take off at 12 p.m. and land at 2:45 p.m.
