The fast bowler experienced discomfort in his knee during his run-up while bowling ahead of the second ODI on Thursday in Cape Town. This made the South Africa National Cricket Team rest him for the second match.
Baartman played the first match of the series and had a great outing with the ball. The fast bowler bowled seven overs in the game and returned with the figures of 2 for 37. He is now expected to make a return through the SA20 2025, where he will be representing Sunrisers Eastern Cape.
