Union Colony Prep 54, Prairie 33: Union Colony cruised to a win in its tournament. Junior Tanner Sarchet and senior Pablo Mendoza-Munoz led the Union Colony Timberwolves with 15 points each.
Sterling 74, Fort Lupton 67: The Blue Devils’ 22-point fourth quarter wasn’t enough to steal a win from Sterling.
Monte Vista 66, Frontier Academy 60: The Wolverines and Pirates lit up the scoreboard, but it was the latter who were victorious at the final buzzer.
Highland 64, Merino 28. Senior superstar Sawyer Morgan led the Huskies with 18 points.
University 70, Manitou Springs 50: University senior Gage Schminke scored a team-high 28 points while junior Coehn Nitzel went for 20.
Jefferson Academy 62, Valley 27: The Vikings only scored a combined 10 points in the first half.
Brush 45, Weld Central 43: The Rebels scored a combined 13 points in the second half which led to the loss.
Windsor Charter Academy 88, Moffat County 32: Firebirds’ junior Andrew Schams led the team with 21 points.

Prairie 61, Union Colony 11: The Mustangs scored in double-digits in every quarter to tame the Timberwolves in the Union Colony tournament.
Delta 47, Eaton 28: A scoreless first quarter put the Reds in a hole they couldn’t climb out of. Eaton is 3-3 for the season. Sophomore Courtney Steinkamp led the Reds with 12 points.
Eagle Ridge Academy 57, Fort Lupton 51: The teams combined to score 5 points in the fourth quarter, but the Warriors prevailed. Junior Marley Gomez led the Blue Devils with 18 points.
University 77, Frontier Academy 10: The Bulldogs’ defense held Frontier to single digits in each quarter. University seniors Allizzey Madrigal and Addison Harding led the Bulldogs with 14 points.
Merino 73, Highland 38: Highland senior Briza Flores scored 25 points, but it wasn’t enough for the Huskies.
Thompson Valley 55, Northridge 26: Northridge scored only 2 points in the fourth quarter. Northridge sophomore Sophia Carbajal led the team with 14 points.
Valley 52, The Academy 37: Valley senior Nevaeh Jimenez led the team with 20 points.
Brush 43, Weld Central 33: Senior Riley Phelps led the team with 12 points.
Windsor Charter Academy 41, Steamboat Springs 21: Firebirds’ junior Sadie Curry led the team with 20 points.
Standley Lake 62, Greeley Central 54: Madison Sepeda scored 23 points for Greeley Central.

Briggsdale 38, Hi-Plains 15: Briggsdale got a decisive road win over Hi-Plains to improve 2-1 on the season.
Prairie 51, Lone Star 35: The Mustangs put their loss against Union Colony behind them and took care of business against the Longhorns. The Mustangs are 1-3 on the season.
Byers 70, Dayspring Christian Academy 20: In just their second game of the season, the Eagles were overmatched against the Bulldogs. Dayspring is 1-1 on the season.
Denver Waldorf 56, Union Colony Prep 48: The Timberwolves weren’t able to overcome a 6-point first quarter on the final day of the Union Colony tournament. Sarchet had a team-high 15 points. Union Colony is 4-1 on the season.
Eaton 74, Delta 47: Thanks in part to a 23-point second quarter, the Reds defeated Delta in Eaton to go .500 on the season so far with a 2-2 record. Eaton sophomore Noah Sprinkle had a team-high 15 points.
Fort Lupton 57, Lamar 52: Fort Lupton outlasted the Thunder to win its four games of the season.
Frontier Academy 54, Alamosa 52: Frontier held onto the antlers of the Mean Moose to get the two-point win. The win puts Frontier at 2-3 on the season.
Highland 66, Haxtun 30: Morgan led the way with 20 points for the Huskies, while junior teammate Rowdy Watson had 15 points, as the Huskies humbled Haxtun to remain undefeated so far with a 4-0 record.
Northridge 49, Platte Valley 48: A 21-point fourth quarter by the Grizzlies earned them the win. Northridge junior Es Sylvere had 19 points, while Platte Valley junior Regan Edstrom scored 18. Platte Valley is 1-3 this season. Northridge is 1-4.
Denver West 84, University 65: A 20-point night from University junior John Elbe wasn’t enough for the Bulldogs to come away with the win. University is 4-2 on the season.

Weld Central 50, Regis Groff 47: Three Rebels’ players scored double-digit points which helped the team win its first game of the season.
Windsor Charter Academy 67, Coal Ridge 61: Windsor Charter senior Kellen Ball and Schams scored 19 points each. The Firebirds are 6-0.

Hi-Plains 49, Briggsdale 42 (OT): The Falcons were down 32-23 heading into the fourth quarter but scored 13 in the fourth to tie it at 36 to send it into overtime. However, the Hi-Plains offensive scored 13 and held the Falcons to 6 points to come away with the win. Senior Kayl Klem led the Falcons with 13 points.
Prairie 53, Lone Star 37: The Mustangs scored in double-digits in the first three quarters to ride past the Longhorns. Prairie is 3-1 on the season. Prairie senior Hannah Kugler is leading the team in scoring with 19.9 points per game.
Byers 53, Dayspring Christian Academy 29: The Eagles only scored double-digits in the fourth quarter in their third game of the season. Sophomore Peyten Reese led the Eagles with 7 points.
Union Colony Prep 47, Denver Waldorf 27: Union Colony junior Soliana Gebremskel was on fire as she finished with a game-high 25 points. Union Colony is 3-1 on the season.
The Academy 56, Fort Lupton 49: Despite another double-digit scoring outing from Gomez, the Blue Devils fell to 1-3 on the season. Gomez scored 17 points.
Denver West 33, Frontier Academy 25: Despite only scoring single-digits in each quarter, the defense of the Wolverines and a 10-point outing from junior Emily Gesick kept Frontier in the game. Frontier is 2-3 for the season.
Highland 47, Haxtun 39: The Huskies only scored 9 points in the fourth quarter, but they were able to hold off the Fightin’ Bulldogs, who scored 15 in the final frame. Highland freshman Paislee Watson scored a team-high 16 points. The Huskies are 2-2 this season.
Northridge 51, Platte Valley 45: The Grizzlies scored double-digits in every quarter thanks to an ESPN-worthy performance by Carbajal, who scored a game-high 33 points. Broncos’ senior Lauryn Uyemura gave an almost equal outing by scoring 28 points. This was Platte Valley’s first loss of the season, and they sit at 3-1. NHS 2-3 overall, 0-2 in conference.
University 58, Alamosa 30: Bulldogs’ Madrigal led the team with 17 points. Univerwsity is 6-0 on the season.
Valley 40, Eagle Ridge Academy 33: Jimenez led the Vikings in scoring with 13 points. Valley is 3-2 on the season.
Weld Central 36, Regis Groff 21: The Rebels won their second game of the season and have a record of 2-4.

Greeley Central 42, Pomona 29: Greeley Central junior Aaniya Davis scored a team-high 20 points. The Wildcats are 2-1 on the season.
