Luigi Mangione, the person of interest being questioned by police for the shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, will make his first court appearance on Monday evening.  A spokesperson for the Pennsylvania court system said Mangione will appear in person for a “preliminary arraignment” at approximately 6 p.m. EST. He faces local firearms charges.
