Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday lauded the Punjab Police for foiling a deep-rooted conspiracy to defame Punjab by vigilantly preventing an attack on Akali leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal in Amritsar.
