For many, the holiday season is an exciting time for celebrating with family and friends; for others, it’s the loneliest. In an effort to help those experiencing suffering or sorrow, Canyon Hills Presbyterian Church will offer its annual “Blue Christmas” service of comfort at 6 p.m. Dec. 15 in the church Fellowship Hall. And the community is invited. This special service promotes healing, balance and well-being for everyone feeling anxiety, stress and sorrow this holiday season. The Rev. Melissa Smith will lead the service of healing and hope that offers a place for quiet reflection and peace during the rush of the holiday.
