The head of the Syrian regime, Bashar al-Assad, has issued a law allowing the appointment of more than 10% of top graduates from all relevant departments in the public education system to the Ministry of Education as teachers or classroom instructors without a competitive exam. The official Syrian news agency (SANA) reported on Wednesday, November 27, that the law bears the number (35) and aims to benefit from top university graduates in public schools.
