Angels Camp, CA — More ballots were counted on Friday in Calaveras County and there was no shift in the Angels Camp City Council race. It was one of the few contests still too close to call from Election Day. Michael Chimente and Scott Behiel have won the first two open seats, and the latest tally shows that Caroline Schirato still holds a 14-vote lead over Mary Kelly for the final position.
