Our old friend Eddie Jackson appears to be headed back to the open market. The Ravens are placing the former Bears’ safety on waivers after he appeared in nine games and started four this season. Jackson last started a month ago in Baltimore’s 29-24 loss to Cleveland where he had a rough game. After that, he was a healthy scratch in two of Baltimore’s last three outings and appeared to get passed up on the depth chart by Ar’Darius Washington.
