A Raleigh man faces felony charges over an alleged sexual encounter with a minor, according to the Carrboro Police Department. A release from the agency on Wednesday said 34-year-old Mark Roy Saba of Raleigh was arrested by police on one count of indecent liberties with a child and one count of soliciting a child by computer. A spokesperson for Carrboro Police confirmed the department and state authorities made the arrest on Tuesday.
