Bhubaneswar:  A youth was arrested on the charges of sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl in the Baranga area of Odisha’s Cuttack on Wednesday. The accused has been identified as Kailash Sonar, a resident of Singhbhum district in Jharkhand.
