Sonora, CA—Local health officials have released a new CalFresh Go guide that encourages physical activity outdoors and is a good source for participants and the public to utilize locations to get that exercise. The CalFresh Healthy Living program, part of the Tuolumne County Health Department, has released a new Go Guide, a tool designed to promote physical activity in accessible outdoor spaces.
