USING GRINDER IN CAR: Caller in the 1100 block of Mulberry Street reported at 12:33 a.m. Dec. 21 that someone in a dark car was “using a grinder or a tool inside the vehicle.” An officer checked the area and reported that the vehicle was gone. PERSON WITH BAG OVER HEAD: Caller at Safeway on South State Street reported at 2:07 a.m. Dec. 21 being concerned about a person who was loitering and put a garbage bag over their head.
