Sonora, CA — The Sonora City Council has just a couple of new items of business at its meeting tonight. There will be a vote on approving a Rules and Procedures Handbook for council members. It establishes guidelines for councilmembers behavior and for providing transparency in the decision-making process. There will also be a vote to appoint Mayor Ann Segerstrom as the city’s representative on the Central Sierra Economic Development District board and Bess Levine as the alternate committee member.
