DENVER (KDVR) -- A man was convicted of vehicular homicide in a 2020 DUI crash that killed a police officer and another driver in Commerce City. The crash happened on Oct. 16, 2020, on Highway 2 near Turnberry Parkway in Commerce City. According to a release from the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, 49-year-old Fructuoso Rosales-Cano was driving his Ford F-350 westbound, "speeding and passing slower cars" when he overcorrected to avoid hitting the barrier wall on the right side of the road.
