Man Dies in Apparent Fall from Border Wall in Otay Mesa ...Middle East

Photo credit: OnScene.TV A man apparently trying to enter the U.S. illegally Friday fell to his death from the top of the border wall separating San Diego and Tijuana. The fatal fall near the Drucker Lane and Kerns Street in Otay Mesa was reported shortly after 6:30 a.m., according to the San Diego Police Department. The victim, whose name was not released, landed on the northern side of the wall. He died at the scene, Officer David O’Brien said.
