Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors has a long list of items to vote on at Tuesday’s meeting. Included is an ordinance that would regulate the delivery of medical cannabis in the county. In 2022, the state legislature passed a law that says counties cannot prohibit businesses from doing medical cannabis deliveries to patients, effective this year. In addition, the Supervisors will give direction on what type of tax rate should be placed on the deliveries.
