Saleh Al Zabali Algahmi was killed near his home in Serwah district when an improvised explosive device went off while he was going back home, Alsahwa Net reported. The device is believed to have been laid by Houthi militia, the source said. The Houthi group has reportedly laid over a million mines and explosive devices in large swaths of war-torn Yemen.
