OTV MD Jagi Mangat Panda deposed before the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSPCR) in a case related to alleged rape of a minor. Jagi Mangat Panda appeared through video conferencing. The Crime Branch late on Sunday had arrested four persons in the case, including two employees of OTV and two security guards.
