Groveland, CA — A resort project in southern Tuolumne County has gained the support of the planning commission. The Terra Vi Lodge Yosemite calls for the construction of 140 guest rooms, 25 cabins, a market, and a lodge near the intersection of Highway 120 and Sawmill Mountain Road. At the end of a nearly five-hour-long meeting last night, the commission voted to certify the Environmental Impact Report and issue a site development permit.
