Miguel Ramos, a 25-year-old citizen of Honduras, pleaded guilty in January 2024 to one count of possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and four counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine base, cocaine, and heroin, according to a press release issued by the Department of Justice.
