Prosecutors say they want Harvey Weinstein to face trial again this fall, after an appeals court last week overturned the former Hollywood movie mogul's 2020 rape conviction. Weinstein was on-hand in a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday as prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney's Office said they aimed to retry the case against the 72-year-old ex-producer. "We believe in this case, and we will be retrying this case," prosecutors said, according to multiple reports.  Weinstein's legal team told the court they were "happy" about the request by prosecutors for a speedy trial.
