Bhubaneswar: Former minister and a prominent leader from western Odisha Surendra Singh Bhoi has joined the ruling Biju Janata Dal here on Friday Bhoi, who has recently resigned from the Congress party, has formally joined the BJD at an induction program held at Sankha Bhawan. The three-time former MLA has been welcomed to the BJD by several senior leaders of the party. Bhoi was elected as an MLA from the Titilagarh assembly seat in 2009 as a Congress candidate.
